I’ve been looking for faster ways to clean my house, especially those areas that are easy to overlook.
Walls are one of them.
We vacuum the floors, wipe the counters, clean the bathrooms, and wash the windows—but the walls can quietly collect dust, fingerprints, cooking residue, and everyday grime.
Then I came across this simple cleaning method using vinegar, dish soap, and an old flat mop.
It can make cleaning large sections of walls much easier, especially when you don’t want to spend hours wiping every section by hand.
Step 1: Gather Your Supplies
You’ll need:
- White vinegar
- Dishwashing liquid
- Warm water
- A spray bottle
- An old Swiffer-style flat mop
- A clean microfiber cloth or dish towel
- A bucket for rinsing
You don’t need a lot of cleaning solution. A little can go a long way.
