Garlic boiled in milk is a traditional home recipe that combines the pungent flavor of garlic with the creamy taste of warm milk. It is sometimes enjoyed as a comforting evening drink, particularly during colder weather.
Although garlic contains compounds that have been studied for their potential cardiovascular benefits, there is no good evidence that boiling garlic in milk makes blood flow 12 times stronger or works better than medication. The dramatic “12× stronger” claim in the image should not be treated as a medical fact.

- Add a little cinnamon or honey if desired.
- Enjoy it warm.
Garlic can be part of a heart-healthy diet, especially when used alongside vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, regular physical activity, and other nutritious foods. However, persistent circulation problems, erectile difficulties, chest pain, leg swelling, or pain when walking deserve medical evaluation rather than relying on a homemade drink.
If you take blood-thinning medication or have a medical condition affected by garlic intake, discuss regular or concentrated garlic use with your healthcare professional.
